Contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, living adress, and phone number;
Camper information, including a name, date of birth, living adress, and gender; and
Billing information, such as a credit card number and a billing address.

We also collect information via cookies, which gather and store data about your website usage trends and patterns. The cookie data we collect includes, but is not limited to, the areas or pages of our website you visit, your account preferences, and your Unique Internet Protocol (“I.P.”) Address. This information does not personally identify you, and we do not share your cookie data with any third parties.

We use your personal information to allow you to download camp brochures, camp photos and videos, request information from specific camps, receive e-mail updates, letters and packages containing news, camp schedules and merchandise, create an account, register and pay for a camp and access areas of our website restricted to registered members. We use your cookie data to monitor and improve our website and to personalize your user experience.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
In general, the information we collect is protected against unauthorized access and is not sold to or shared with third parties. We may, however, share the information we collect with our affiliates, and in the following circumstances, we may disclose the following:
Your name and e-mail address, camp pictures and videos (to our sponsor(s)) for marketing and promotional purposes;
Account or other information to a law enforcement agency or other third parties if it is necessary to comply with law;
Account or other information when we believe disclosure is necessary to limit our legal liability or to protect our rights or property;
Account or other information to protect the rights or property of third parties or the users of our website;
Account or other information to service providers engaged by us to execute certain activities including payment processing, mail or e-mail distribution, and other technical and processing functions, such as maintaining data integrity, programming operations, user services, or technology services; and
Account or other information as part of a merger, sale, or other business transfer.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Our website has security measures in place to protect your information and to maintain data accuracy. The confidential data you submit is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption, utilized by most popular browsers.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR CHILD’S PRIVACY
Your child’s privacy is important to us. As a result, we operate our website in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
Our website is intended for a general audience. The only information about your child that we request from you is that which is necessary to enroll them in one of our camps. We do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or share personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age.
RIGHTS OF PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13, you have the right to review, have deleted, or otherwise prevent third party disclosure of your child’s information. If your child under the age of 13 may have provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us in any manner described in the “Contact Us” section below.
INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
If you are an international visitor to our website, please be aware that the laws governing data collection and usage may differ from those where you are located. By accessing our website and providing your information, you agree that you are transferring your personal information to the Netherlands, and you consent to that transfer.
CONTRACT
The contract for the supply of a place at a particular camp is between the Foundation One Sports Holland (in collaboration with Charlon Kloof Camps) and you.
By making a booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.
In these terms: “we” or “us” or “our” means the Foundation One Sports Holland (in collaboration with Charlon Kloof Camps) “you” or “your” means the relevant participant(s) named on the registration form or if a participant is under the age of 18, then the parent or guardian of that participant submitting our registration form.”Participant” means the person(s) named on the relevant registration form who is participating in the relevant Camp and if that person is under the age of 18 including where applicable, his or her parents or guardians.
BOOK AND PAY
When making a booking, we provisionally reserve a place(s) at the camp on the basis of these conditions. Your booking will be considered confirmed for the participant(s) you have named on the registration form.
A binding contract of your mandatory payment of the registration fee is formed when we send you our registration confirmation email.
Such confirmation simply indicates that registration has taken place and you have an obligation to pay and it is not a confirmation of payment.
In so far as you have (financial) obligations towards the Charlon Kloof Camps-Foundation One Sports Holland and have failed to fulfill them, both organizations are entitled to refuse you access. If access is refused, you are nevertheless obliged to pay what has been charged to you.
SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, PRELIMINARY TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

The foundation One Sports Holland (in collaboration with Charlon Kloof Camps) is authorized to
suspend the fulfillment of the obligations or to dissolve the contract, including if:
in the opinion of the Stg. One Sports Netherlands (in collaboration with Charlon Kloof Camps) there are insufficient registrations for a camp or meeting
You do not, not fully or not timely fulfill the obligations under the agreement
after the conclusion of the agreement, the foundation One Sports Holland (in collaboration with Charlon Kloof Camps) has come to know of circumstances that give good grounds to fear that you will not fulfill your obligations
When the agreement was concluded, you were requested to provide information for the fulfillment of its agreement obligations and this information is not provided or is insufficient, due to the delay on your side it can no longer be expected from the foundation One Sports Holland (in collaboration with Charlon Kloof Camps) to fulfill the agreement under the originally agreed conditions.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is only possible in writing or by e-mail.
The date of receipt of the e-mail from you applies as the cancellation date.
Free cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of a camp.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of a camp, you owe 75% of the full price.
If you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you, the amount will be refunded within 30 days to the bank account with which you paid.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Your use of our website after changes to this Privacy Policy are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
